This is what i started with. Note the huge rake! The whole back bone had to be replaced.

Here's a few more pics.

Not much progress but did rig up a stock type internal throttle.
I marked out the slot comparing it to a stock A type bar, I added a little extra length to the slot to give my cable some extra pull.
I used a super thin blade in an angle grinder to make the groove and cleaned it up with a file and a Dremil.
It all went together pretty well perfect first time. It realy makes a difference having new genuine parts to work with.
I'll be using a 70's cb100-125 right side brake lever/ horn assembly. They're very similar to M units so it'll give it a nice stock look.
Next up i need to find an old 60's mower/Brittish choke lever.

I bought the tyres of Peter a while back. They're Cheng Shins, I think monkeybikeUK sell them around $40 each.

The bike is just cool looking, what do you plan on running for an exhaust.

That pipe does suit the style, it would look good.
Will that finish the bike or do you have more in mind.

Appart from the pipe, I still need to fit the rear brake lever, Pegs and stock horn.
Then i think she'll be done and ready for rego.
